How to build your website map

You'll lay out your pages in Home Page, Tier 2 and Teir 3 positions as seen in the diagram below.

A website map will allow you to create a vision of your new website and when you start building the process will go that much more smooth.

• You'll be able to see the size of your new site
• You'll be able to list all of your pages and start building a great website full of useful content.

You can create your sitemap on a blank sheet of paper or you can use a program, the map diagram below was made using Power Point. There is another program that I like and it is free to build up to 4 maps, get it here.
